板材余料的自动生成与管理是钣金自动套排料系统的重要组成部分 ,也是决定该系统实用与否的关键技术之一。本文主要探讨采用图形跟踪技术对排料图自动或交互生成余料图 ,并通过开放式数据库互连技术 ODBC实现对余料的数据库管理 ,同时还设计了与自动套排料模块的数据接口 ,以最终达到对余料的充分利用。
The automatic generation and management of sheet material is an important part of the sheet metal automatic nesting system and one of the key technologies that determine whether the system is practical or not. This paper mainly discusses the use of the graph tracking technology to automatically or interactively generate the material pattern of the stock drawing, and implements the database management of the excess material through the open database interconnection technology ODBC. Meanwhile, the data interface with the automatic nesting module is also designed, In order to finally achieve the full utilization of the remaining material.
