最近,化工部技术监督司发出关于两起严重泄氯事故的通报,通报全文如下:去年八、九月,浙江衢化公司电化厂和山东青岛化工厂各发生一起严重泄氯事故,造成多人氯气中毒,给社会造成危害,给生产造成损失。为充分接受这两起事故的教训,防止发生类似事故,现将事故情况通报如下:衢化“8.11”事故:1993年8月11日9时55分,衢化电化厂新液氯包装2~#屏蔽泵轴承座及其连接
Recently, the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry issued a circular on two serious incidents of chlorine discharge. The full text of the circular is as follows: Last August and September last year, a serious chlorine leakage accident occurred at each of the electrification factory of Zhejiang Quhua Company and the Qingdao Chemical Factory of Shandong Province, Chlorine poisoning, harm to the community, resulting in loss of production.
