西溪、小和山板块11月5日—15日共成交354套,相比10月后半个月444套的成交量出现了一定程度的调整,但总体而言,成交情况基本保持稳定。成交排名前三位的楼盘分别是:西园、泊林漫谷、翡翠城,分别成交90套、70套和41套。均价来看,翡翠城均价14471元/平方米,青枫墅园12887元/平方米,相比前期价格变化不大,基本保持稳定。此外,溪上玫瑰园11月中下旬将推出首期排屋,预计均价27500元/平方米,值得关注。
