随着城市多元文化的发展,城市中专业化、特色化休闲空间得到发展。本文以上海衡山路街区为例,利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术,以茶馆、咖啡馆、酒吧等休闲业态的相关数据、上海地图为基础构建数据库,对上海市城市休闲空间进行分析,研究茶馆、咖啡馆、酒吧等休闲业态的空间分布特征,研究发现三类休闲场所分布上都受到交通、商业中心、文化氛围、居民区等因素的影响,同时三类休闲场所的区位分布影响因素上还存在差异,比如酒吧的分布集中,并且靠近高级住宅区和外国人聚集区,咖啡馆分布受到购物中心、周边相关商户的影响,茶馆分布较为分散,靠近宾馆,且受到区域内历史文化底蕴的影响等。因此,城市规划单位进行空间规划,休闲场所经营者进行区位选址时要充分考虑这些因素。
