关于齿轮噪声的研究,国内外许多专家已取得了可喜的的成果,如何将专家的成功经验,用于指导现场生产及科研是一项有意义的工作。本文在齿轮专家长期研究的基础上,综合运用已有的研究成果和专家经验,研制了以考虑各种设计参数为主的低噪声齿轮设计的专家系统。应用本系统,只要输入必要的参数,即可得到在您所选择的各种参数条件下齿轮的噪声值,经过一系列的参数变换之后,能自动将产生噪声值低的齿轮参数输出供设计、研究者参考。
