文章根据现场条件和实验分析,把退火炉简化为集中参数的单输入单输出系统,提出了达到炉内温度均匀的方法,对参数的不完全可辨识性进行了讨论并提出了解决的办法,对系统参数辨识不准控制律受到的影响进行了研究。文章还对具体系统的数字滤波、合理性判断、热电偶冷端温度补偿,热电偶的非线性校正等提出了具体的实施方案。
According to the field conditions and experimental analysis, the annealing furnace is reduced to a single-input single-output system with centralized parameters. A method to achieve even temperature in the furnace is proposed. The incomplete identifiability of the parameters is discussed and the solutions are provided. The influence of system parameters identification on the control law is studied. The article also put forward a concrete implementation scheme of digital filtering, reasonable judgment of the specific system, compensation of cold junction temperature of thermocouple and non-linear correction of thermocouple.
