目的:探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)在膀胱癌中的表达及其意义。方法:分别采用免疫组化和逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测50例膀胱癌及20例癌旁组织中CXCR4和CXCR7的表达情况。应用统计学分析两者的表达与临床分期、病理分级等因素之间的关系,以及两者在膀胱癌中表达的相关性。结果:在膀胱癌组织中CXCR4、CXCR7的表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);CXCR4、CXCR7的表达与膀胱癌的临床分期、病理分级相关(P<0.05);在膀胱癌组织中CXCR4与CXCR7的表达呈正相关(r=0.438,P<0.05)。结论:CXCR4、CXCR7与膀胱癌的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and chemokine receptor 7 (CXCR7) in bladder cancer and its significance. Methods: The expressions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in 50 cases of bladder cancer and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction respectively. Application of statistical analysis of the expression of both the clinical stage, pathological grade and other factors, as well as the relationship between the two expression in bladder cancer. Results: The expressions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in bladder cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05). The expressions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 were correlated with the clinical stage and pathological grade of bladder cancer (P <0.05) CXCR4 and CXCR7 expression was positively correlated (r = 0.438, P <0.05). Conclusion: CXCR4 and CXCR7 are closely related to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer.
