目的观察高血脂大鼠早期血液流变特性的变化特点,探讨心肌缺血性损伤的发生机制。方法给予72只SD大鼠高胆固醇+猪油+猪胆盐饲喂,建立高血脂大鼠模型即高脂组(HC),与普通饲料饲喂的36只SD大鼠即正常对照组(NC)相比较,饲喂10~90d,每间隔10天为一取样时相点,测定9组高血脂大鼠的血脂、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)和血液流变特性指标,并观察心肌及冠脉血管的病理变化。结果本实验模型主要表现为高胆固醇、高低密度脂蛋白血症(LDL),随高脂饲喂时间延长,血浆粘度逐渐升高,红细胞变形性下降。饲喂50d后cTnI升高,病理提示大鼠心肌出现局灶性缺血性损伤,相关分析表明高血脂大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的发生与血高胆固醇、高LDL密切相关。结论高胆固醇血症血液流变特性的异常改变,是早期心肌缺血性损伤发生的原因之一。
Objective To observe the characteristics of early blood rheology in hyperlipidemic rats and explore the mechanism of myocardial ischemic injury. Methods 72 SD rats were fed with high cholesterol, lard and pig bile salts. Hyperlipidemia rats were given high fat diet (HC). Thirty-six SD rats fed with normal diet, ) Were fed 10 ~ 90d, every 10 days for a sampling point, the determination of 9 groups of hyperlipidemic rats lipids, cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) and hemorheological parameters, and observed myocardial and Pathological changes of coronary vessels. Results The experimental model mainly showed hypercholesterolemia and high density lipoprotein (LDL). With the prolongation of high fat feeding, the plasma viscosity gradually increased and the erythrocyte deformability decreased. After feeding for 50 days, the cTnI level increased, and the pathological changes showed the focal ischemic injury in the myocardium of rats. The correlation analysis showed that the occurrence of myocardial ischemic injury in hyperlipidemic rats was closely related to the hypercholesterolemia and high LDL. Conclusion Hypercholesterolemia is one of the causes of early myocardial ischemic injury.
