端粒长度变化与细胞衰老死亡及恶性肿瘤发生、发展密切相关,对肿瘤诊断和预后的判断具有重要价值。检测细胞端粒长度的变化是研究端粒特性的重要方法。本文就原位杂交技术在端粒长度定量检测中的应用及研究进展作一综述。
The change of telomere length is closely related to the cell death and the occurrence and development of malignant tumor, which is of great value for the diagnosis of tumor and prognosis. Detection of telomere length changes is an important method of studying telomere properties. In this paper, the application of in situ hybridization in the quantitative detection of telomere length and its research progress are reviewed.
