为了评定180t重的发电机组能否安全通过一座预应力混凝土简支空心板桥,基于材质与状况检测,利用运输车的实际荷载,对桥梁进行了承载能力检算和静载荷试验。结果表明:空心板的抗弯、抗剪承载力满足、应力与抗裂性均在容许范围以内,荷载试验的应变与挠度校验系数均较小,发电机组能够安全通过此桥。
In order to assess whether a 180t heavy generator can pass a prestressed concrete simple-supported hollow slab bridge safely, the bearing capacity of the bridge was tested and the static load test was carried out based on the material and condition detection and the actual load of the truck. The results show that the bending and shear capacity of the hollow slab are satisfied, the stress and crack resistance are within the allowable range, the strain and deflection calibration coefficients of the load test are small, and the generator set can pass the bridge safely.
