当今社会,是属于知识经济时代,在这一背景下,社会的发展与人力资本有着直接的关系,所以必须要加强对企业人力资本的管理,从而才能促进企业不断的向前发展。基于此,本文主要对知识经济条件下的企业人力资本管理进行了详细的分析。
Today’s society belongs to the era of knowledge economy. Under this background, the development of society has a direct relationship with human capital. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the human capital of the enterprise so as to promote the continuous development of the enterprise. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the human capital management of enterprises under the condition of knowledge-based economy.
