Necessity and Feasibility of Linkage between Two Regions Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone and Ningbo Bonded Zone (hereinafter referred to as Development Zone and Bonded Zone) are located in the coastal area of northeast of Ningbo City and close to Beilun Port, one of the four major international hubs for deepwater transshipment in China. Development Zone was established in 1984, the existing area of 29.6 square kilometers. It is one of the earliest and largest area national development zones in our country.
