国家用于发展教育事业的经费逐年在增加,但学校教育经费不足是个普遍问题。国家财力有限,发展教育事业光靠国家不够,必须依靠各级政府和社会各方面多渠道解决。实际证明,勤工俭学对于补充教育经费不足、改善学校办学条件、解决教师部分福利问题,能起到积极的作用。本文介绍的这个校办厂的变化和发展,对如何办好校办厂给我们以启示。
The state funds for the development of education have been increasing year by year, but the shortage of funds for school education is a common problem. The limited financial resources of the state and the insufficient development of education rely solely on the country. We must rely on the multi-channel solution from all levels of government and all sectors of society.
