课堂教学是教学工作的核心部分,提高课堂教学的效率显然是确保教学质量提高的不二之选。在初中阶段的教学工作中,作为教育者更应该以高效课堂的创设为目标来规划自身的教学工作,正确认识高效课堂,并重点关注高效课堂的构成要素,在实际教学过程中结合自身的教学优势来实践高效课堂,为学生在初中阶段的学习提供可靠的保障。本人现结合自身多年的教学实践经验,关于初中教学高效课堂的创设谈一谈自己的一些看法。
Classroom teaching is the core part of teaching work. To improve the efficiency of class teaching is obviously the best choice to ensure the improvement of teaching quality.
