教学反思是指“教师以自己的教学活动为思考对象,对自己所做出的行为、决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。”在多年的高中数学教学实践中,笔者深切地体会到,如果教师只知道勤奋教学,而不注意对教学过程进行反思、总结,难以取得理想的教学效果。教师只有在实践中不断反思自己的教学理念和教学行为,增强自我评价、自我纠错、自我提高的能力,才能逐步成长,迈向教学艺术的殿堂。
Teaching reflexive refers to the process of “examining and analyzing the behavior, decision-making and the results produced by the teachers with their own teaching activities.” In many years of high school mathematics teaching practice, the author Deeply understand that if teachers only know hard-working teaching, but do not pay attention to the teaching process of reflection, concluded, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect of teaching. Only in practice can teachers continuously reflect on their own teaching philosophy and teaching behaviors, and enhance their ability of self-evaluation, self-correction and self-improvement so as to gradually grow into a hall of teaching art.
