(一) 消费活动是人们日常活动中必不可少的一个组成部分。在消费过程中,人们往往会发现所费与所得不相称,当然通常是费大得小。这种情况从法律上分析,也就是消费者权益受到侵害。侵犯消费者权益行有的社会危害性是尽人皆知的。有些学者从经济学角度分析,认为损害消费者权益的行为是变相的剥削,是对按劳分配原则的践踏,是实现社会主义生产目的的障碍。由此他们得出了损害消费者权益的行为是对社会主义原则的背叛的结论。对此笔者认为是很有道理的。
(A) Consumption activities are an integral part of people's daily activities. In the process of consumption, people tend to find that the fees and incomes do not match, of course, usually very small fee. This situation from the legal analysis, that is, the rights and interests of consumers have been infringed. The harmfulness of the society that infringes upon the rights and interests of consumers is well known. Some scholars from the economic point of view, that damage behavior of consumers is a disguised form of exploitation, is the principle of distribution according to work trampling, is an obstacle to the realization of socialist production. As a result, they came to the conclusion that the act of undermining consumers' rights and interests is a betrayal of the principle of socialism. In this regard, I think it makes sense.
