随着工业技术的迅速发展,工业部门对板材加工技术要求愈来愈高。现有常规板材冲孔方法劳动强度大、生产率低、精度低、模具费用高,远不能适应高效、高精度板材冲孔及灵活多变的市场要求。为改变这种落后面貌,济南铸锻机械研究所于1987年底完成了J92K—25型250千牛数控冲模回转头压力机(见图1)的研制工作。该机是在J92K—40型400千牛数控冲模回转头压力机研制经验的基础上,吸收进口数控冲模回转头压力机的特点,结合我国现有技术水平,自行研制的。
With the rapid development of industrial technology, the technical requirements of sheet metal processing industry are getting higher and higher. The existing conventional sheet metal punching method has the advantages of high labor intensity, low productivity, low precision, high mold cost and can not meet the market requirements of high-efficiency and high-precision sheet punching and flexible. In order to change this backwardness, Jinan Casting and Forging Machinery Research Institute completed the development of the J92K-25 250 kN CNC punch rotary head press (see Figure 1) by the end of 1987. The machine is based on the experience of J92K-40 type 400 kN CNC punch rotary head press and absorbs the characteristics of the imported CNC punch rotary head press, combining with the current state of the art in our country and developed by ourselves.
