目的:探讨~(125)I粒子支架置入治疗中晚期食管、贲门癌的临床效果。方法:采用常州智业公司生产的带膜预置粒子囊的自膨式钛镍合金支架和北京原子能研究院研制的~(125)I粒子,内镜操作者在有铅屏蔽的分装箱内用镊子植入到记忆食管支架预置粒子囊袋中,粒子植入完毕后迅速将已植入有~(125)I粒子支架沿导丝插入狭窄段,确认支架位置正确后,在胃镜直视下缓慢释放支架,退出推送器和导丝。结果:本组50例粒子支架置入操作均1次性全部成功,且术后患者临床症状消失或改善,患者生存质量明显提高。结论:中晚期食管、贲门癌患者失去手术机会、放弃化疗和外放疗的情况下,碘-125粒子支架置入治疗是非常有效的治疗手段。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ~ (125) I particle stent implantation in the treatment of advanced esophagus and cardiac cancer. Methods: The self-expanding Ti-Ni alloy stent with membrane prefabricated particle capsule and the (125) I particles developed by Beijing Institute of Atomic Energy were manufactured by Changzhou Zhirong Co., Ltd. The endoscopic operation was performed in a lead-shielded sub-container Tweezers implanted into the memory esophageal stent preset particle sacks, the particles have been implanted immediately after the implantation of 125I I stent along the guide wire inserted into the stenosis, to confirm the position of the stent after gastroscopic direct vision Slowly release the stent and exit the pusher and guidewire. Results: All the 50 cases of stent placement were successful in one-time operation, and the clinical symptoms disappeared or improved after operation. The quality of life of the patients was significantly improved. Conclusion: In the advanced stage of esophageal and cardiac cancer patients lost the chance of surgery, give up the case of chemotherapy and external beam radiotherapy, iodine-125 particle stent implantation is a very effective treatment.
