目的:对雄黄及微生物炮制液砷形态和毒性进行分析,旨在阐明雄黄炮制液中毒性和砷形态的关系。方法:采用毛细管电泳法对三种雄黄微生物炮制液中砷的形态进行分离分析;以常规炮制雄黄作对照,分别测定三种雄黄微生物炮制液和亚砷酸的急性毒性。结果:雄黄微生物炮制液含有三种形态的砷(iAsⅢ、iAsV和MMAV),而且其所含砷的形态、含量随炮制方法变化差异显著,MMAV随着含量的增高,其毒性明显降低。结论:雄黄炮制后砷的形态和毒性密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the arsenic form and toxicity of realgar and microbiological processing liquid, aiming to elucidate the relationship between toxicity and arsenic morphology of realgar. Methods: The morphology of arsenic in three kinds of realgar microorganisms was separated and analyzed by capillary electrophoresis. The acute toxicities of three kinds of realgar artificial liquid and arsenious acid were determined by routine processing realgar. Results: The realgar had three kinds of arsenic (iAsⅢ, iAsV and MMAV), and the content and the content of arsenic in the realgar had a significant difference with the processing method. The toxicity of MMAV decreased obviously with the increase of the content of arsenic. Conclusion: The morphology and toxicity of arsenic after the preparation of realgar are closely related.
