本文对70名一年级聋哑学生进行了测听,均为双耳感音神经性聋。其程度为中重度及全聋两类,每类有两种听力图,代表了程度差别。用天津5M 型,贵阳813、814型盒式助听器及北京LYX-2型语言训练器进行初步选择配戴,选配结果证明,听力损失越大,助听器效果越差,而由于性能关系,同等情况下语言调练器效果较高一筹,但因体积太大,不便携带是其缺点。为了选到一个合适的助听器,听力、听力图及助听器的性能(频率响应、最大声输出,最大声增益)是基本的参考资料。
