当前在配网台区这个环节还没有建成符合N—1规则的低压网,配网台区的变压器和400伏主干线路规划设计基本上是孤立的、单一的运行方式,造成了配网低压台区的供电可靠性不高,运行不够经济。如何使配网台区的变压器和400伏主干线路的规划设计遵循N—1规则,成为解决配网台区供电可靠性差和配网线损高的重要手段。
