目的分析和探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)心力衰竭反复发作的原因及护理对策。方法选择从2010年1月至2014年12月在本院进行治疗的DCM心力衰竭反复发作患者123例,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果本组有70例患者因感染复发,占56.91%,其中支气管炎19例,消化道感染7例,肺炎32例,上呼吸道感染12例;有22例因劳累复发,占17.89%;有18例因饮食不合理复发,占14.63%;有9例因没有坚持用药复发,占7.32%;有4例因心理状态不稳定复发,占3.25%。结论在DCM心力衰竭反复发作的护理中预防感染、适合休息、合理饮食、平复心态是最重要的应对措施。
Objective To analyze and explore the causes and nursing strategies of recurrent heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods 123 patients with recurrent heart failure in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, 70 patients recurred due to infection, accounting for 56.91% of them, including bronchitis in 19, digestive tract infection in 7, pneumonia in 32 and upper respiratory tract infection in 12; 22 cases were due to fatigue and relapse, accounting for 17.89%; 18 Cases due to unreasonable recurrence of diet, accounting for 14.63%; 9 cases did not adhere to drug relapse, accounting for 7.32%; 4 cases of unstable recurrence of mental state, accounting for 3.25%. Conclusion Prevention of infection in repeated episodes of heart failure in DCM is the most important response to rest, reasonable diet and calm down.
