目的:探讨护理干预辅助药物防治产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取98例产后出血患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,均采用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理干预措施。结果观察组显效率(91.84%)、总有效率(97.96%)明显高于对照组;出血量(149.7±10.2)mL、止血时间(61.4±5.8)s均明显低于对照组(<0.05、0.01)。结论护理干预辅助药物能够有效缩短止血时间,减少出血量,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
