公平教育是社会公平的起点,是构建社会的基石,坚持以人为本,坚持教育公平,维护每个社会成员接受教育的权利,是构建社会和谐社会的重要内容之一。为此,搞好继续教育必须从以下几点为抓手:1.继续教育和谐发展的理念是终身教育。2.继续发展的原则是公平教育。3.继续教育和谐发展的形式及内涵是素质教育4.继续教育和谐发展要求市场化办学模式和灵活的管理机制。由此形成我国继续教育的新局面。
