今年上半年,国民经济继续平稳增长。夏粮丰收已成定局,工业生产稳定增长,投资增长适度,市场销售较旺,财政金融形势基本正常,物价涨幅明显回落,城乡居民收入继续提高。国民经济综合景气评分持续处于“绿灯区”中下限。从总体上判断:运行态势平稳,整体上进一步趋近宏观调控目标。但存在的问题也十分突出,主要表现在工业企业经济效益明显下滑,供需之间结构性矛盾趋向突出。
