以芙蓉菊为试材,采用沙壤土、细河沙、蛭石+珍珠岩(2∶1)、草炭土+珍珠岩(2∶1)、细河沙+珍珠岩(2∶1)、沙壤土+珍珠岩(2∶1)、蛭石+珍珠岩+草炭土(1∶1∶1)等7种基质,选用IBA、ABT-2生根粉2种外源激素,激素处理的浓度梯度为200、400、800mg·L~(-1),处理的时间梯度为10、15、30s,研究了不同基质与不同外源激素及浸泡时间对芙蓉菊扦插生根效果的影响,以期优化芙蓉菊扦插技术。结果表明:蛭石+珍珠岩+草炭土(1∶1∶1)是芙蓉菊扦插最理想的基质,扦插成活率为95%;沙壤土+珍珠岩(2∶1)则有利于芙蓉菊幼苗生长健壮,壮苗率为67.5%;IBA、ABT-2对芙蓉菊的扦插生根均有促进作用,而以浓度400mg·L~(-1) ABT-2生根剂处理插穗30s,其插穗成活率、壮苗率最高,分别为97.5%、78.8%;800mg·L~(-1) IBA处理插穗10s,也能有效促进插穗生根,其插穗成活率、壮苗率分别为72.5%、53.0%。确定芙蓉菊扦插育苗最优组合为蛭石+珍珠岩+草炭土(1∶1∶1)为基质,用400mg·L~(-1) ABT-2生根剂处理插穗30s。
The experiment was conducted with the test of the material of Hibiscus rosa sinensis, using sandy loam, fine sand, vermiculite and perlite (2: 1), peat and perlite (2:1), fine sand and perlite (2:1) 2 kinds of exogenous hormones such as perlite (2:1), vermiculite + perlite + peat soil (1:1:1) were selected. Two exogenous hormones, IBA and ABT-2, 400, 800mg · L -1, the time gradient of treatment was 10, 15, 30s. The effects of different substrates, different exogenous hormones and soaking time on cutting rooting effect were studied in order to optimize the cutting technique of The results showed that vermiculite + perlite + peat soil (1: 1: 1) were the best substrate for softwood cuttings, and the survival rate of cutting was 95%. The sandy loam + perlite (2:1) The results showed that IBA and ABT-2 could promote the rooting of F. sinensis, while the cuttings were treated with 400mg · L -1 ABT-2 rooting agent for 30s, The highest seedling rate was 97.5% and 78.8% respectively. The treatment of 800mg · L -1 IBA for 10s could also effectively promote the rooting of cuttings. The cuttings survival rate and seedling growth rate were 72.5% and 53.0% respectively. The optimum combination of cutting propagation of Vernalia hybrida was determined as vermiculite + perlite + peat soil (1: 1: 1) as matrix, and cuttings were treated with 400 mg · L -1 ABT-2 rooting agent for 30 seconds.
