今年春初,邓小平同志视察了广东、福建、上海,特别是深圳、珠海、厦门等经济特区。王震同志全程陪同邓小平同志视察。邓小平同志对经济特区建立以来所取得的发展成就给予了充分肯定,指出,对外开放政策不是收的问题,而是开放得还不够。最近沿海部分城市座谈会作出的一些重要建议,就是为了贯彻邓小平同志的意见。
Earlier this spring, Comrade Deng Xiaoping inspected the special economic zones of Guangdong, Fujian and Shanghai, especially Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Xiamen. Comrade Wang Zhen accompanied by inspection of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. Comrade Deng Xiaoping fully affirmed the achievements made in the development of the special economic zone since it was established. He pointed out that the policy of opening to the outside world is not a matter of revenue but of insufficient opening up. Some important suggestions made by the recent coastal cities forum are to implement Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s views.
