声带息肉为喉部常见疾病之一,临床表现为声音嘶哑,刺激性咳嗽,巨大息肉可出现气急及呼吸困难,严重影响患者的生活质量及身体健康。我院1998年2月—2010年12月应用电子支气管镜摘除并联合药物治疗声带息肉246例,效果显著,现报道如下。
Vocal cord polyp is one of the common diseases of larynx. Clinical manifestations include hoarseness, irritating cough, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing in huge polyps, which seriously affect the quality of life and health of patients. Our hospital from February 1998 to December 2010 application of electronic bronchoscopy and combined treatment of 246 cases of vocal cord polyps, the effect is significant, are reported below.
