2007年6月21日,在中国奶业协会的组织下,中国奶业协会14家副理事长乳品企业的代表共同签署了《乳品企业自律南京宣言(以下简称《南京宣言》,另发)。7月10日,中国奶业协会在北京召开落实《南京宣言》会议。在这次会议上,14家企业的负责人经过严肃认真的讨论,最终制定了《乳品企业自律南京宣言实施方案》(另发)。企业代表一致认为,《南京宣言》代表了企业的共同心愿,代表了奶农的呼声,更代表了消费者的真正需求。因此,作为《南京宣言》的发起者和发布者的各乳品企业,践行承诺是义不容辞的责任,这也是企业自身良性健康发展的迫切需求。会上,完达山、伊利、三鹿、新希望、蒙牛、光明等乳品企业负责人还汇报了各自企业落实《南京宣言》的具体做法。他们的共识是,解决问题要齐心协力。在未来的市场销售中,一定要自觉维护市场价格秩序,反对价格欺诈,不搞垄断、低价倾销。遵照公平竞争规则,共同维护创造良好的乳品市场新秩序。鉴于《南京宣言》的落实与执行是一个长期的过程,本刊将从第7期起对此项活动进行全方位系列跟踪报道。

At the meeting, heads of dairy enterprises such as Wandashan, Erie, Sanlu, New Hope, Mengniu and Guangming also reported on the specific measures of their respective enterprises in implementing the “Nanjing Declaration.” Their consensus is that concerted efforts should be made to solve the problem. In the future market sales, we must consciously safeguard the market price order, oppose price fraud, do not engage in monopoly, low-cost dumping. In accordance with the rules of fair competition, jointly safeguard the creation of a good dairy market a new order.
