科学技术的飞速发展,尤其是计算机和因特网技术进入图书馆,对图书馆员提出了现代信息技术、学科知识、外语等多方面更高的要求。探讨了通过有组织的馆内、馆外继续教育和馆员自学提高图书馆工作人员素质的问题。
The rapid development of science and technology, especially the computer and Internet technology, has entered the library and put forward higher requirements for librarians in terms of modern information technology, subject knowledge, and foreign languages. Explored the issue of improving the quality of library staff through organized in-hall and out-of-campus continuing education and librarians self-learning.
