随着社会的发张,农民工进城已经成为必然趋势。虽处于弱势群体,但他们权益的实现直接关系到全社会的和谐安宁以及法律公平、正义价值的彰显。本文主要以黄岛区为调查对象,以实地走访的方式,用文献法、问卷调查法和理论与实践相结合的研究方法,对当前城市农民工法律权益保护现状的分析,探究当前农民工法律权益保护现状中存在的问题,最终寻求这些问题的解决途径,以期消灭民工潮所带来的社会隐患问题。
