Since the promulgation and implementation of the “Official Document Handling Regulations of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), the written language of military organ documents has become more and more standardized. Recently, however, due to teaching needs, the author has read some official documents issued by leading organs and found that some of them have violated the relevant provisions of the “Regulations” on the type of cultural contents, and there is a clear phenomenon of “mixture of languages and cultures.” The so-called “mixed use of languages and cultures” refers to the violation of Chapter II of the Regulations
