美国对中国频繁的反倾销调查、征收极高的反倾销税以及呈现高密度、高幅度和长期性特点是众多原因造成的,是与中美经济发展、贸易往来密不可分的。本文从全球、美国、中国三个角度对中美反倾销贸易摩擦的原因进行分析,以便在今后的贸易往来中尽可能的减少摩擦频率。
The frequent U.S. anti-dumping investigations against China, the imposition of extremely high anti-dumping duties and the fact that it shows high density, high amplitude and long-term characteristics are caused by many reasons and are closely linked with the economic development and trade contacts between China and the United States. This article analyzes the reasons for the friction between China and the United States on anti-dumping trade from the perspectives of the United States, China and the United States so as to reduce the friction frequency as much as possible in future trade.
