为了能够提高煤矿井下带式输送机故障诊断的准确性,构建了基于物联网和数据融合技术的带式输送机的故障诊断模型。设计了带式输送机状态监测物联网系统;研究了数据融合的基本概念,并且构建了带式输送机的故障诊断模型;进行了物联网故障诊断系统的应用分析,结果表明该技术能够准确地诊断出带式输送机的故障类型。
In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis of belt conveyor in coal mine, a fault diagnosis model of belt conveyor based on Internet of Things and data fusion technology is constructed. Designed the condition monitoring IOT system of belt conveyor, studied the basic conception of data fusion, and built a fault diagnosis model of belt conveyor. I analyzed the application of IoT fault diagnosis system, and the results show that the technology can accurately Diagnose the type of belt conveyor failure.
