通过测定不同热处理条件下Cr12钢的断裂韧度KIC值和残余奥氏体量以及透射电镜观察发现,钢中的残余奥氏体在外加应力作用下会发生应变诱发马氏体相变。应变诱马氏体相变可以提高钢的断裂韧度KIC值,其效果随着残余奥氏体应变诱发马氏体相变的转变量的增加而增强。
By measuring the fracture toughness KIC value and residual austenite content of Cr12 steel under different heat treatment conditions and TEM observation, it is found that the residual austenite in steel will undergo strain-induced martensitic transformation under the applied stress. Strain-induced martensitic transformation can increase the fracture toughness KIC of steel, and its effect increases with the increase of transformation amount of martensitic transformation induced by residual austenite strain.
