通过平板法、瓶栽法、玉米大田卧埋式立体栽培法,秋冬棚单面立墙式栽培法和早春室内双面立墙式栽培法等研究了平菇新品种PL-23的生物学特性。结果表明,平菇新品种PL-23菌丝最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为6~7,在无光条件下菌丝生长速度快于有光条件。在4种培养料配方中,平菇新品种PL-23发菌期最短,子实体产量最高,较对照平菇品种产量差异达显著或极显著水平。在3种平菇高产栽培方法中,菜平PL-23子实体产量和生物效率比对照品种(除西德33外)显著提高。
The biological characteristics of PL-23, a new Pleurotus ostreatus, were studied by flat-panel method, bottle-cultivation method, three-dimensional cultivation method of corn in field, single-sided vertical wall cultivation method in autumn and winter and double- . The results showed that the optimal growth temperature of mycorrhizal fungus PL-23 was 25 ℃, and the optimum pH value was 6 ~ 7. Under hypochlorous conditions, mycelial growth was faster than that of light. Among the four kinds of cultivating materials, PL-23, the new mushroom cultivars, had the shortest germination period and the highest fruiting body yield, with significant or extremely significant difference compared with the control. Among three kinds of high-yield cultivation methods of Pleurotus ostreatus, the yield and biological efficiency of PL-23 fruiting body in Pingping were significantly higher than those of the control (except for West Germany 33).
