磺胺类药物用作化学治疗剂在医学上已得到非常广泛的应用。它们的鉴定方法一般是应用沉淀反应,颜色反应、显微结晶分析和高温分解法等。早年前有人曾对某些磺胺类药物如磺胺吡啶、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噻唑,磺胺噻唑、对氨基苯磺酰胺,对氨基苯乙酰磺酰胺(磺胺醋酰)及双磺胺等的化学定性分析反应进行了一些研究。但由于上述磺胺类药物大部分已被这些新磺胺类药物所代替,故对这些新的已在临床上广泛应用的磺胺类药物的定性分析反应进行研究是具有一定的实际应用价值的。故本文是继续前文的研究、对17种磺胺类的12个化学定性分析反应进行了试验。这些分析反应操作非常简便,而且所用试剂除β-萘酚外,又均为一般性常用的无机试剂。如将显微结晶法,各磺胺的熔点以及上述分析反应三者联合应用于磺胺类药物的鉴定,则其分析效果和正确性可有所提高。
The use of sulfonamides as chemotherapeutic agents has gained a wide range of medical applications. Their identification methods are generally applied precipitation reaction, color reaction, microscopic crystallization analysis and pyrolysis method. Early years ago, some people have some qualitative analysis of certain sulfonamides such as sulfapyridine, sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfathiazole, p-aminobenzenesulfonamide, p-aminobenzenesulfonamide (sulfanilamide) Some research was done. However, since most of these sulfonamides have been replaced by these new sulfonamides, it is of practical value to study these qualitatively analytical reactions of sulfonamides, which are widely used clinically. Therefore, this article is to continue the previous study, the 17 kinds of sulfonamides 12 chemical qualitative reaction was tested. These analytical reactions are very simple to operate and the reagents used are in addition to the β-naphthols, which are also commonly used inorganic reagents. If the micro-crystallization method, the melting point of the sulfonamides and the above-mentioned analysis of the combination of the three used in the identification of sulfa drugs, then the analysis of the results and accuracy can be increased.
