采用天然植物源石榴皮色素添加在可生物降解聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)中,以取代对环境有害的化学色素,制备了PBS/石榴皮色素复合材料,研究了复合材料的热稳定性、抗菌性、亲水性和生物降解性能。研究结果表明:复合材料的综合性能较纯PBS有很大的提高。当复合材料中色素质量分数为9%时,复合材料表现出明显的抗菌性,其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌率分别达到99.18%和99.62%,亲水性提高了16.36%,生物降解性能提高了166.28%,复合材料的热稳定性能也有很大提高。
The pomegranate peel pigment of natural plant was added into biodegradable polybutylene succinate (PBS) to replace the chemical pigment which is harmful to the environment. PBS / pomegranate pigment composites were prepared and the effects of heat Stability, antibacterial, hydrophilicity and biodegradability. The results show that: the comprehensive performance of composite materials than pure PBS has greatly improved. When the composite pigment mass fraction of 9%, the composite showed significant antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli antimicrobial rates were 99.18% and 99.62%, hydrophilic increased by 16.36%, the biological Degradation performance increased by 166.28%, the thermal stability of the composite material has also been greatly improved.
