上海市虹口区多伦路123号,一幢虹口一带并不鲜见的精致日本式三层小楼。门前的海报栏里,斑驳地张贴着旧时的电影海报与影讯,深灰色的砖墙留着夏日藤蔓攀爬过的影迹;门侧的西式晒台被改装成了露天吧,铸铁栏杆做工十分精细;拱形的大门上面,蓝紫色的的招牌——老电影咖啡馆(Old Film Cafe),显得庄重而内敛。尽管这一切都面目恬淡而不肆张扬,而这个昨日中国电影的发祥地却唤起了今日人们无数沉睡已久的情怀。
