主任、各位副主任、秘书长、各位委员:省十一届人大常委会第五次会议听取和审议了省财政厅厅长王文童受省人民政府委托作的《关于2007年省级财政决算的报告》和省审计厅厅长张永祥受省人民政府委托作的《关于2007年度省级预算执行和其他财政收支的审计工作报告》。省人大财经委员会根据本次常委会组成人员的审议意见,结合审计工作报告,对2007年省级财政决算(草案)和决算报告进行了审查。现将审查结果报告如下:
