目的:为建立矮地茶抗病毒谱-效相关评价系统,对矮地茶不同提取方法提取物体外抗病毒活性进行筛选。方法:采用细胞体外抗病毒实验法,结合CPE法及CCK-8试剂盒,以TI值(治疗指数)为研究指标,以利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦为阳性对照药,研究矮地茶不同提取方法提取物对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)、柯萨奇病毒(COX-B5)、手足口病病毒(EV71)的抑制作用。结果:矮地茶对RSV、HSV-1、COX-B5均有直接杀灭作用,水提液对COX-B5的直接杀灭效果较好,TI值为16.282,最大抑制率分别为87%,较阳性对照药利巴韦林相差不大(TI值为17.482,最大抑制率为85%)。结论:矮地茶提取物具有体外抗RSV、HSV-1、COX-B5的活性。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an anti-virus spectrum-efficacy-related evaluation system for short-haired tea, the in vitro anti-viral activity of extracts of short-haired tea was screened. Methods: The cell in vitro anti-virus experiment method, combined with CPE method and CCK-8 kit to TI value (therapeutic index) as a research index to ribavirin, acyclovir as a positive control drug to study dwarf tea The inhibitory effects of different extraction methods on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), herpes simplex virus (HSV-1), coxsackievirus (COX-B5) and hand-foot-and-mouth disease virus (EV71) Results: Short-tea had a direct killing effect on RSV, HSV-1 and COX-B5. The direct killing effect of aqueous extract on COX-B5 was better. The TI value was 16.282 and the maximum inhibition rate was 87% The positive control drug ribavirin or less (TI value of 17.482, the maximum inhibition rate of 85%). CONCLUSION: The short tea extract has anti-RSV, HSV-1 and COX-B5 activity in vitro.
