目的 :探讨由 Fas、Fas L 介导的免疫调节作用与某些表皮肿瘤良、恶性分级间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化技术对 Bowen氏病、鳞状细胞癌 (SCC)、基底细胞癌 (BCC)皮损组织中 Fas、Fas L 的表达情况进行检测。结果 :Fas、Fas L 在 Bowen氏病 SCC上均有表达 ,且随着肿瘤恶性程度的升高 ,Fas表达逐渐减弱而 Fas L 表达逐渐增强 ;同 Bowen氏病和 SCC相比 ,BCC表达 Fas、Fas L 较弱。结论 :由 Fas、Fas L 介导的免疫调节作用可能参于某些表皮肿瘤的免疫逃避机制 ,并与肿瘤的良、恶性分级及预后有关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between immunoregulation mediated by Fas and Fas L and benign and malignant grading of some epidermal tumors. Methods: The expressions of Fas and Fas Lys in Bowen’s disease, squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Fas and Fas L were all expressed in Bowen’s disease SCC. Fas expression gradually decreased and Fas L increased with the malignant degree of tumor. Compared with Bowen’s disease and SCC, BCC expressed Fas, Fas L is weak. CONCLUSION: The immunoregulation mediated by Fas and Fas L may be involved in the immune evasion mechanism of some epidermal tumors and is related to the tumor grade and prognosis
