大自然赋予人类的食物主要分为植物类食物和动物类食物。动物类食物包括猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭等家畜家禽,鱼、虾、蟹等海产;植物类食物包括谷物、蔬菜、瓜果、根茎类食物及菌藻类食物等。动物类食物提供了充足的蛋白质,蛋白质是维持生命的氨基酸的来源。植物类食物中谷物可以给人体提供碳水化合物,植物蛋白。果蔬则是维生素的重要来源。自然界蔬菜的品种不下百余种,而我们经常食用的蔬菜也不过十几种而已。现代城市生活的节奏,使得我们对食物的选择越来越注重方便、精细、快捷。而忽视了食物摄入的多样化。这是造成营养过剩和营养不均衡的重要原因。食物结构的多元化不仅对于成人,对于孩子也同样重要。
Nature gives human food is mainly divided into plant foods and animal foods. The pace of modern urban life, making our choice of food more and more focused on convenient, sophisticated and fast. While ignoring the diversification of food intake. This is an important cause of overnutrition and undernutrition. The diversity of food structures is not only for adults but also for children.
