1.引言滚刀切削刃上每个点的工作后角是由铲齿得到的设计后角和垂直于切削刃作相对运动而产生的角度分量组成的。滚刀的每个齿在工件齿槽中的相对运动是由滚刀的切削运动和工件的旋转运动的复合而形成的。工作后角与设计后角会有显著差别的。滚刀齿侧刃上本来较小的后角,在一定条件下变为零,在极端情况下,甚至为负值。本文介绍了实际后角的计算,并举例说明了它对刀具磨损所起的作用。
1. INTRODUCTION The working relief angle at each point on the cutting edge of a hob consists of the design clearance obtained by the scoop and the angular component resulting from the relative movement perpendicular to the cutting edge. The relative movement of each tooth of the hob in the tooth space of the workpiece is formed by the combination of the cutting motion of the hob and the rotational movement of the workpiece. Working angle and design angle will be significantly different. The smaller relief angle on the hob toothblade, under certain conditions, becomes zero and in extreme cases even negative. This article describes the calculation of the actual relief angle and gives an example of its role in tool wear.
