一个人要有所作为,首先要立志。同样,对于企业来说,要想在竞争中获胜,要想有所发展,首先也要“立志”。企业的“志”,就是企业的经营方向、经营方针和经营目标。在计划经济条件下,企业的“志”往往由上级决定;而现在搞市场经济,企业只能自己来确定“志”。ISO9000要求企业首先要规定质量方针,包括质量目标和对质量的承诺,还要求企业要确保各级人员都理解质量方针,并坚持贯彻执行,实际上也是“立志”。
A person to make a difference, we must first be determined. Similarly, for enterprises, in order to win in the competition, if they want to make progress, they must also be “determined” first. Enterprise “Chi” is the business direction, business principles and business objectives. Under the conditions of a planned economy, the “ambitions” of the enterprises are often decided by superiors; and now that the market economy is pursued, the enterprises can only determine the “ambitions” themselves. ISO9000 requires enterprises to first set the quality guidelines, including quality objectives and commitment to quality, but also requires enterprises to ensure that all levels of personnel understand the quality policy and adhere to the implementation, in fact, is “determined.”
