目前在苹果市场上,色泽艳丽的果实售价高,销路好,市场竞争力强。加入世贸组织后,国际市场要求全红果,连梗洼,萼洼也呈红色。通过套袋、调控施肥、辅助增色等措施生产优质高档苹果,是目前市场发展的必然要求。红富士果实着色,一般从每年的7月下中旬开始,进展缓慢,到10月中旬,着色进度较快。果实着色度与含糖量呈正相关,因此,凡是能提高果实含糖量的措施,均有提高果实着色度的作用。促进红富士果实着色并达到全红果的主要措施如下:
