目的探讨实验性脑出血后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的损伤作用及其可能机制。方法制备脑出血模型后予血肿同侧颅内分别注射干预药物,检测SOD活性、MDA含量。结果与假手术组及ICH组比较,Hcy组SOD活性,MDA含量明显增高(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy可能是脑血管疾病的独立危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the injury of homocysteine (Hcy) after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage and its possible mechanism. Methods After intracerebral hemorrhage model was prepared, intracerebral hematoma was injected with interventional medicine separately to detect SOD activity and MDA content. Results Compared with sham operation group and ICH group, SOD activity and MDA content in Hcy group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Hcy may be one of the independent risk factors of cerebrovascular disease.
