商业贿赂是存在于工程招标领域的一个十分普遍的现象与问题。而工程中的招投标工作恰巧又是商业贿赂与腐败的源头。那么,做好招标领域的商业反腐工作,将不仅有力实现招投标工作的公平公正原则,而且会促使有形建筑市场的规范化,尽快实现良性发展。本文在对招投标领域商业贿赂造成的危害以及形成的主要原因进行归纳总结的前提下,对如何防范商业贿赂,并处理好信访工作提出了相关的看法与对策。
