在大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glycines)自然衰退土壤中分离得到3株镰刀菌,F-9—禾谷镰孢菌(F.gra-minearum Schwabel),F-2、F-15—尖孢镰孢芬芳变种(F.oxysporum var.redolens(Wollenw)Gordon)。实验室条件下,研究了这3株镰刀菌发酵液原液对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化及对二龄幼虫(J2)活性的影响。结果表明:F-2、F-9发酵液原液分别抑制了95.7%和95.2%的大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化,与对照组无菌水差异极显著;F-9发酵液原液在1 h时抑制J2活性高达90%,F-2发酵液原液在72 h时使全部的J2致死;F-15对J2不具有抑制性。F-2、F-15为同种的不同菌株,但是作用效果存在差异。
Three Fusarium species, F-9-F. graminearum Schwabel, F-2, F-15-Fusarium oxysporum were isolated from the naturally declining soil of Heterodera glycines F. oxysporum var. Redolens (Wollenw) Gordon). Under laboratory conditions, the effects of the three Fusarium oxysporum broth stock solution on the egg hatching and second-instar larvae (J2) activity of soybean cyst nematode were studied. The results showed that: F-2, F-9 fermentation broth liquid inhibited 95.7% and 95.2% of soybean cyst nematode eggs hatching, compared with the control group of sterile water was extremely significant; F-9 fermentation broth liquid at 1 h Inhibition of J2 activity up to 90%, F-2 fermentation broth at 72 h make all of the J2 lethal; F-15 on J2 is not inhibitory. F-2, F-15 for the same species of different strains, but the effect is different.
