“小组合作学习”是20世纪70年代兴起于美国的一种富有创意和实效的新型教学组织形式。小组合作学习就是以合作学习小组为基本形式,系统利用教学中动态因素之间的互动,促进学生的学习,以团体的成绩为评价标准,共同达到教学目标的教学活动。合作学习是传统课堂教学的有益补充和教改新尝试,主要是以集体授课为基础,以合作学习小组活动为教学方式,体现学生的学习自主性和合作性的一种教学手段。一、课堂小组合作学习存在的主要问题
